The holiday home Casa Pequeña is located on the village street and is an old, very characteristic house of the original village. The name of the house (Pequeña = small) was used by our grandparents, based on Casa Eva, next door, which is slightly larger, Casa Pequeña has 70 square meters of living space.

Terrace und Patio

The holiday home Casa Pequeña has a small „front garden“ where you can have breakfast in the early sun, especially in the Andalusian spring and summery autumn, or where you can drink a leisurely afternoon tea. Behind the house is a small patio (patio = courtyard). In the summer, during the day, one is more likely to retire to the shade of the patio for a siesta in the hammock, a book on the semi-circular bench comfortably laid out with cushions, or a coffee at the patio table. Children will enjoy the small water basin in the heat of the day.

Living room and kitchen

The holiday home Casa Pequeña has a living room with a table and chair, two rocking chairs and a sofa, with an open fireplace for the cooler winter days and a ceiling fan for the hot summer months of the year, a large kitchen with a seating area for up to 6 people, everything is there to be able to cook independently.

Bedrooms

A bedroom with 2 beds (each 90×200) is adjacent to the living room. This is located to the front of the mostly very quiet street (July and August is also the main holiday season in Rodalquilar and this bedroom is not really a place to rest). Another bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen , the window faces the private courtyard, the bed is 130x200cm.

Patio and shower/WC

From the kitchen it goes down three steps into the patio, in the patio there is also the bathroom on the right behind a wooden slatted door with a walk-in shower including a heater for the cooler winter months.

In the courtyard you can sit comfortably upholstered on a stone bench, swing in the hammock and for refreshment you can stand in the small water basin and treat yourself to a refreshment with the shower hose. For children a mini-swimming pool, which is a lot of fun.

Wifi can be turned off if needed.
