Prices
Prices are per house and night in euros and include sales tax, bed linen, towels, gas, water, electricity, 2 washing machines per week, WiFi and final cleaning. Less than 3 nights: 15% surcharge. For long-term rental, prices are subject to agreement. Extra bed from 8 years €15 per night.
Minimum stay
The minimum stay is: in the summer/high season 7 nights (arrival/departure on Sundays) and in the low/middle season 3 nights (free arrival/departure).
Booking
To confirm the reservation of the holiday home if it is available during the period of your booking request, we ask that you transfer a deposit of 1/3 of the total rent to our account within 14 days of booking or no later than 7 days before the start of your holiday (if you book less than 14 days before the start of your holiday).
When making the transfer, please state the name of the holiday home and the rental period in the reference field, for example „Casa Poniente, 01.01.2023-14.01.2023“

Cancellation
If you cancel the booking of your reserved holiday home before the start of your holiday, compensation will be due pro rata as follows:
up to 91 days before the start of the holiday 10% of the total rent
from 90 days to 31 days before the start of the holiday 50% of the total rent
from 30 days to 0 days before the start of the holiday 90% of the total rent
100% of the total rent during the holiday
We would like to point out that the legal basis would be 90% cancellation costs from the time you book your holiday home until the start of your holiday, regardless of the time of cancellation.
If it is possible to rent the holiday home again for the canceled period, the cancellation costs will not apply.
